TBI NETWORK MISSION
The Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Network assists adults who have incurred a traumatic brain injury and have a substance use disorder to attain healthy, productive and satisfying lifestyles by providing a culturally competent, community-based substance abuse treatment program.
